Jesus’ Heart-Cry: Let Us Be One

Let us be one. My cry is out to you to come near. I want My people, please? May we be one. I need you to pray, to fall on your face and not give up. Press in, overcome temptation. Be not afraid to obey. I will give you life, all those who follow. You will not faint. You will grow strong when you give up the ghosts that hold you back, the sins of iniquity.

Feel My hurt. It is great. My people have vanished from My life. I am sad, and you are lonely. There are few that remain close to Me where I can nourish their souls.

In Me there is life. There is no other way. I in you; you in Me, where we belong—together. Let us be one, together in love, where we can pray, enveloping each other in goodness. We can do that. It’s not all one way. I am life. There is no other to follow. We can be friends. I will lead, but I will receive as you repent and draw close to Me. For I love My people. I love to pray. I intercede for the saints to bring them pleasure. We can be one. We can be close, you and I.

There is a place of holiness, where you will always be at My feet, a place of blessing. Let it come. Let it envelop you. Let it take over your pride.

Come, My people. Let us rest. Follow no other. I am your place of security, where power dwells, power to overcome sin, pride and temptation. I have life to give.

You are My friend. Get up and be counted among the sheep. For there is error. Life has ceased for a reason. The church is dirty, a place of filth. It is not My home. How can I dwell among an unclean people who hurt each other, who tell each other stories, who hurt from the heart those that care?

  1. Jeff,
I’ve heard the call to rebuild the sabbath, understanding what is clean and what is holy. This is my effort at today’s believers call to rest:

I wholeheartedly agree that our churches are dirty, places of filth, not Christ’s home. I believe that only two lampstands remain at the end of the age, the persecuted church of Smyrna, and the Participatory gathering of the Church of Philadelphia. All other churches have driven away the Holy Spirit.

    • Glenn,

You might be interested in a lengthy discussion some of us had about whether the old covenant law should still be followed today. It starts at comment #30 at Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way.

It’s pretty clear that those who are trying to reinstate parts of the old covenant are actually taking Paul out of context. And I don’t see any legitimate prophecies leading us back into the law. God is calling us into relationship with Him and each other.

Regarding your theory on the two churches that remain, I don’t really understand what you’re talking about. Are you talking type and symbol? This is a way of studying that, so far, I haven’t found very reliable. People claim all kinds of things and they’re hardly ever right. I prefer studying the straight forward passages unless it can be demonstrated that these theories aren’t conjecture.

The Holy Spirit is supposed to lead us into all truth. And I’ve thought for many years that He’ll reveal more as we get closer to the end. The problem is that most ‘Christians’ have so many demons that they can’t clearly hear God’s voice.

I am interested in what the Holy Spirit and the written word says as long as it’s the real thing. We need sound teachers who are pure and holy and hear only one voice. Then what they hear can be trusted. And then we’ll all get on the same page too.

And praying in tongues helps immensely too. It helps us get free of demons; helps us free others, and it helps us and others overcome sin.

What I’m looking so forward to is when a group of people all get clean, including getting right with each other and those they’ve hurt — then when we come together God will be so powerful and glorious, and He’ll lead us as plain as day, almost. We’ll all be in ONE accord. And no matter what happens we can go through it, together, in Christ, really.

“Then the world will know,” Jesus said in John 17.

      The goal is ONE!

That’s what I’m mainly interested in. Once that happens, we can relax. But until then, we’re not functioning as a body, each doing their own part — where one is weak or out of their grace, there are others that are strong in that area and in their graces.

The devil wants to keep us apart, and he’s using dysfunctional and not biblically qualified pastors to keep us apart. And the doctrines of demons allow them to continue in this role.

It seems clear to me that once we get the doctrines figured out, in conjunction with the fall of our countries, revival will break out quickly. I don’t see why ONE shouldn’t happen real soon.

      Jeff
